In The Studio

I'd like to share with you some of the pictures taken during the recording of my latest CD. These photos were taken with the London Symphony Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios, in London, England, and with the Ralph Carmichael Big Band at Martin Sound Studio in Alhambra, California. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed taking them while recording, "Songs of the Deep Soul."

"Songs of the Deep Soul," a collection of well loved hymns and African American Spirituals, is a medley of songs that have empowered me into a deeper relationship with God as well as a deeper appreciation for life.

I have found confidence in the restorative power of God in hymns like "My Faith Has Found a Resting Place" and "Great is Thy Faithfulness." I have discovered sturdiness of spirit in spirituals like "Joshua Fit de Battle of Jericho" and "Every Time I Feel the Spirit."

For sure, the depths of my soul have been stirred, galvanized, rocked, healed, and blessed by these songs. I pray you'll be blessed also!
